[19회] P&ID 계기류 약어 모음

P&ID 상에 Instrument 를 표기할 때는 약어를 사용합니다. 예를 들어 Air Operated Valve 의 경우에는 AOV 를 압력게이지는 PI 이런식으로 말이죠. P&ID를 해독하기 위해서는 규약에 의해 정해진 약어를 많이 알고 있을수록 유리합니다.

Valve 관련 Instrument 용어

AC - Air Close : 반드시 Air 공급이 Close 상태에 있어야 합니다.
AO - Air Open : 반드시 Air 공급이 Open 상태에 있어야 합니다.
AFO - Air Failure Open : Air 공급이 되지 않는 상태에서 Valve는 Open 상태로 전환되야 합니다.
AFC - Air Failure Close : Air 공급이 되지 않는 상태에서 Valve는 Close 상태로 전환되야 합니다.
AFS - Air Failure Steady : Stay-put 과 같은 용어로써 Air 공급이 되지 않을 경우 Valve position 은 현상태를 유지해야 합니다.
